      Advanced — Bloomberg Excel (unusual tickers only)

      Default market data is SQL-cached from the online feed. Use this only when that feed cannot supply a symbol (e.g. some STOXX sector indices). Download a BDH workbook, fill in Excel with Terminal, then import into the SQL cache — one portfolio at a time.
